The Planned Maintenance Service (PPM) includes all of our School’s specific statutory compliance inspection, maintenance and servicing requirements which have been set out in the school’s Service Level Agreement.

K&S Facilities Management Ltd identifies all these specific requirements with the school and subsequently, commissions our approved Contractors to deliver these services in line with service specifications and requirements over a 12- month period.
